Hi Clinton,
Thanks to the Team Compass and specially Shaun, the house has been built before time and most people are surprised at the speed the project has been completed.
Thanks to Olivia for suggesting and assuring us about the colours scheme we chose.
Due to Michelle's tight control over signing variations I was always cautious of the cost involved so my budget did not blow at all.
Special thanks to you for having such great patience with my "flickering mind" on drawing the board as well as our budget. I will not be able to use the section to its fullest potential (wrap around deck and additional lounge etc) due the financial constraints but you still designed it well and both of us very pleased with end result.
Last but not the least our special thanks to Garry for giving us the confidence to build at that difficult site.
